Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with IntiChat. This policy explains when refunds are available for the Pro subscription and credit purchases.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee (first purchase)

If you purchased a Pro subscription for the first time and you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the original charge for a full refund. This applies to your first subscription only and is offered as a goodwill guarantee on top of your statutory rights.

2. Renewals

Recurring renewals (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable. Your subscription renews automatically — please cancel from Settings → Billing before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged. If you forget and notice within 7 days of an unintended renewal, contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

3. Yearly plans

Yearly plans are eligible for the 14-day guarantee on the initial purchase. After 14 days, yearly plans are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the term.

4. Credits and one-time purchases

Bonus credits and one-time top-ups are non-refundable once delivered to your account, except where required by applicable law. Unused credits do not expire while your account is active.

5. EU / UK consumers — right of withdrawal

EU and UK consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use the Service immediately at purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. The 14-day money-back guarantee above remains available regardless.

6. How to request a refund

Email info@skiftanu.se from the address on your account. Include the date of purchase and a brief reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues are faster to resolve directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.

8. Service interruptions

If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we may offer credit or a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
